The California Endowment and AACN Minority Nurse Faculty Scholarships

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicant must be enrolled full-time in an accredited graduate nursing
program; a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or qualified
immigrant; resident of the state of California; an underrepresented
Minority, (Caucasian/non-Hispanic applicants are not eligible);
committed to teach nursing in the United States after successful
completion of graduate studies.
AAA Minority Dissertation Fellowship Program

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens; must be members of an
underrepresented ethnic minority group including, but not limited to:
African Americans, Alaskan Natives, American Indians or Native

must be enrolled in a full-time academic program leading to a doctoral
degree in anthropology; must be admitted to degree candidacy before the
dissertation fellowship is awarded; and be members of the American
Anthropological Association.

permanent resident registration card; must demonstrate a strong

Acoustical Society of America Minority Fellowships

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States
at the time of application; a member of an ethnic minority group
(Hispanic, African-American or Native American) that is underrepresented
in the sciences; and accepted into, or good academic standing in, a

Applicant must be a minority student entering the freshman year of
college; planning to pursue a career in the atmospheric or related

APS Scholarships for Minority Undergraduate Physics Majors
FUNDS AVAILABLE: $2,000 (for new minority scholars);
$3,000 (for renewal students) to be used for tuition, room & board
and educational materials.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident; a member
of one of the racial/ethnic minority groups (African-American or Black,
Asian, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, American Indian/Alaska
Native and Hispanic/Latino); be a physical therapist, a full-time
faculty member, teaching in an accredited or developing professional
physical therapist education program; must possess a license to practice
physical therapy in a U.S. jurisdiction or have met all the
requirements for licensure in a U.S. jurisdiction; enrolled as a student
in a regionally accredited post-professional doctoral program whose
content has a demonstrated relationship to physical therapy; must
demonstrate continuous progress toward the completion of his/her
post-professional doctoral program in a timely fashion; must demonstrate
commitment to minority services and activities; must demonstrate a
commitment to further the physical therapy profession through teaching
and research; and must not have received the award in prior years.
